One of our most major transformations to date using our Your Stuff is Enough philosophy. IT SOLD THE FIRST DAY! We had a major blue tape consultation to get things started. For those of you who are new to that concept, it’s when we literally take a roll of blue tape and consult with the client on items that need to be removed for the purpose of staging and prepping their house for market. We used quite a bit of blue tape on this one and the owners were amazing at following our guidance each step of the way which included new paint throughout the entire home. What a pleasure it was working with them. Darn! I always forget to take BEFORE pics!
