This condo has great energy and sits nice and cute on the corner in a family-friendly neighborhood. As the homeowners were first time owners and pregnant, we chose to keep things nice and bright and young feeling. They followed our lead and this project was smooth sailing – even with updating the kitchen as part of the project!
