A beautiful, spanish style home with a grand ‘ole entry. So, this home was on the market for a while and then removed because the sellers decided to stay. Talk about good bones! Amazing courtyard, fountain, hot tub, pool, firepit, and monstrous kitchen! We shifted things up using the clients’ furnishings and after hearing their wishlist, did personal shopping for them to boost the home’s comfort and function. The biggest effort was made ‘balancing’ the furniture with the large scale of the home. It sometimes goes against one’s intuition, but oftentimes, using bigger scale furniture in smaller spaces can really make it feel bigger. And in this house – bigger is better!
