It is always refreshing when we enter a vacant home that has been prepped with fresh paint and carpet throughout. This home was listed for sale due to the owner’s transition into a senior living community. They were happy to go, so it made us happy to jump right in! They had taken great pride in the home and it had a unique twist. One of the bedrooms near the master had been converted to a huge master closet. Kinda cool for just the right buyer. This project was completed in two days.
